BECOME A MEMBER

The Tanzsaal opens as a space for shared experience. Neighbourhood emerges through participation, encounter and repeated presence. No prior experience is required. Those who come can observe, move, engage in conversation or simply be present.

Being a member means:

Attending events
Receiving invitations to internal formats
Being able to use the volcano laboratory
Taking part in discussions, having the opportunity to actively contribute and being part of an interdisciplinary network
Having insight into artistic processes

Membership means being part of a growing network that actively shapes art, cooperation and Mitwelt. Members support the work of the Kunstverein and contribute to the long-term development of the Tanzsaal as a public space. Membership is based on mutual respect, openness, collaborations and an engagement with artistic and social development.

The Kunstverein Mitwelt works cooperatively and across disciplines. Artists, researchers and practitioners are invited to contribute their perspectives to shared processes. Cooperation does not mean joining a predefined framework, but co-developing formats and questions. Possible formats:

Artistic projets in the studio
Residencies
Joint research
Interdisciplinary collaborations

Reduced rates are available for students and young people in education or transitional phases.
This membership is intentionally low-threshold and may be reduced or free upon request. It provides access to all formats and active participation in processes.

Membership:

Students / young people: from 0–60 € / year
Active members: 60–120 € / year
Supporting members: from 120 € / year (flexible)

Supporting members contribute financially to the Kunstverein and help secure the Tanzsaal as a public space in the long term. They enable artistic work, cooperation and open formats.
